In our Total Pest Control Plan we cover the following

  • Entry Points: We start by treating all potential entry points inside your home, including around windows, doors, and utility penetrations. This initial step is crucial for stopping pests before they become a problem.

  • Kitchens & Bathrooms: Special care is taken in moisture-prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms, where pests such as cockroaches and silverfish are commonly found.

  • Basements: Basements are also treated, focusing on damp areas where pests like centipedes and silverfish might thrive.

Exterior & Fence Line Treatments:

  • Web and Wasps Knockdown: We remove webs and wasps and apply a residual to prevent them from using your home as their hunting ground.

  • Foundation Perimeter: After securing the inside, we move to the exterior, treating the base of your home’s foundation to create a protective barrier.

  • Windows, Doors, & Eaves: We treat around windows, doors, and eaves, focusing on areas where pests are most likely to enter.

  • Fence Line: Finally, we extend our treatment to the fence line, further reinforcing your home’s defenses by keeping pests away from the perimeter of your property.

Your Booking Confirmation

  • We will reach out to confirm the details and give you a date and time

  • You will then be placed on a quarterly (90 days) or every other month (60 days) service frequency

    • This will be determined by your unique situation and needs.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

  1. Arrival: Our licensed technician will arrive at your location within the scheduled two hour window. They will text you when they are on the way. They will make contact upon arrival and confirm service details any ask about any current concerns or issues with pests.

  2. Inspection: Our technician will conduct a thorough inspection of the premises to identify any pest issues and ensure you are on the correct plan.

  3. Treatment: Based on the inspection, an effective treatment plan will be implemented using safe and environmentally friendly methods.

  4. Follow-Up: We'll provide you with a detailed report of the service performed and any recommendations for ongoing pest prevention.

  5. Building Trust: We will reach out after the service to ensure that everything is going according to plan.

To ensure the best results, please:

  • Remove any items that may obstruct access to areas where pests have been seen.

  • Keep pets and children away from treatment areas during treatment.

  • If you have specific concerns or areas you'd like us to focus on, please let us know.

Payment Information

Your selected plan includes automatic payments or at time of service

  • Our technician will collect payment details prior to starting the service.

  • You will not be charged until the service is complete

Note: You will receive an invoice after each service visit, which can be paid online through our secure payment portal.
